Hello, my name is Jiyoun and I'm from South Korea. During May 2022, I graduated from an IB international school in Indonesia and now I am studying 'Media and Information' major in the University of Amsterdam (UvA) as a bachelor programe. I am currently tutoring students who are taking the IB programe, more specifically, English Language & Literature A and Visual Arts.

I teach English Lang & Lit for Paper 1, Paper 2, Individual Oral and HL Essay. I will prepare reading materials that appear often during exams and analyze them together in class. We will not only write essays together in class, but we will also fully understand the key points of guiding questions. In order to reduce mistakes, we will make an outline together and help you finish it in time, just like how the student would prepare for an exam. Furthermore, I provide corrections and feedback when the student writes an essay.

In terms of Visual Art tutoring class, I help students with Process Portfolio, Comparative Studies, and final exhibition ideas. During class, we will analyze the process portfolio and comparative study based on the work of each artist and the student's artistic intention. I am confident to help the student to achieve high marks by following the art criteria.
