Hi, I am Ayesha Yousaf. I am a Teaching Assistant in the Institution of History at Government College University, Lahore. I am passionate about studying History and Literature and I have chosen teaching as a career due to my passion and interest. My core subjects are History of South Asia, Europe, and Global History. I make assignments related to these subjects. I also teach Urdu and Pakistan Studies online to IGCSE and my expertise lies in this area mainly. I believe in applying modern means and approaches to teach my subjects. I do not conduct exams based on conventional methods. I try to make the subject interesting and easy to students. Other than this, I also help with the assignments and projects relevant to my subjects. I usually take classes via Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or whatever suits to the students.

Experience

  • Teaching Assistant (Oct, 2020–Present) at I have been associates with GCU Lahore as a Teaching assistant for more than a year now. I
    I am working as a Teaching Assistant in the Institution of History at Government College University, Lahore. I have completed my MPhil degree and I will be promoted to Research Assistant in few months. I am associated with teaching for almost 3 years now. I teach Pak Studies and History to O Levels and A Levels online. My core subjects are Pakistan Studies, Cultural and Political History of South Asia, Global History, and European History. I also teach basic Urdu to my students at home. I believe on result oriented method of teaching which focuses on delivering the key concepts and theories. I believe in modern mode of exams and approaches to study History.

Fee details

    Rs1,000–15,000/hour (US$3.60–53.97/hour)

    I charge this amount per subject and grade of the students. However, the maximum amount is subject to change if the student is from primary classes. We can talk about monthly payments as well. Feel free to contact even if this amount looks more to you, we can negotiate and settle. :)
