I am a professional linguist with an advanced degree in applied, and computational linguistics. Also, I am a researcher, and teaching is a natural extension of my passion for research.

I have 3 years of professional experience in tutoring English as a second language to non-native speakers, introductory Python programming courses, and applied linguistics courses.

As an educator, I believe that there is more value in application-based learning than in rote or memory-based learning. Thus, when I teach as well as when I learn, I often use a practical approach. My goal is to engage students in an interactive, application-based learning experience and to push them towards excellence.
