I prefer learner centred methods which includes question and answer, and also group discussion. Before students are put into groups, I first explain to them what they are supposed to do. After each lesson, learner's are given assignment or homework. Those who have failed the assignment, they are given a chance to try again. Since in every class we come across learner's who are slow learner's. If these learner's are identified, we give them enough time for them to cope up with others. Learnets with bad behaviour are disciplined to make them change behaviour
