Im an ENglish teacher in the public sector and I also worked in the private sector before in center of languages and in an international school so I think I gained a modest teaching experience I can assure you an enjoyable way of learning through my class. I use different methods that caters student's needs and interests and my students have learned to speak English fluently. As a teacher, I worked hard to create a lively teaching environment that would not be stressful nor boring. The online teaching has increased my interaction with my students and parents on an individual basis. It has made teaching more interactive as follow up of individual students’ work is done on WHATSAPP groups. I have also noticed that students and parents discuss their challenges and questions emerging during class discussions and these queries were discussed It also appears that students along with their parents are becoming more responsible towards his/ her studies. The positive thing was that in spite of children not coming to school, learning didn’t stop during this lockdown.

As discussed with many co-teachers I was very apprehensive of this new platform for learning and connecting with the students and parents. In the beginning, there were many challenges as it was new for all of us. And not to forget, different students have different learning styles:- Auditory, visual and mixed learning. I strive hard to do my best for my learners, to ensure they learn and have fun while learning
