I am professional teacher who work diligently and apply my skills and knowledge to every single task assigned to me as an individual or as a team to enable growth of the organization and increase my knowledge and skills through exchanging ideas with my workmates. I prefer learner centered teaching methodology this is because this makes the Lerner to be active throughout the session and able to grasp the content as much as possible
I believe teaching and learning as a process a process, therefore you don't expect instant results as it takes time .what makes me unique is that I always put my students first in whatever I do this is to ensure that they achieve the goals at the end and also to employ both learner and teacher centered methodology of teaching
