As a teacher, I have always tried to know my students interests and how I could apply the subject that I was teaching to their interests. It has been my belief that a teacher's job is to help the student to think for themselves, ask questions, and be able to recognize patterns in both the technical and non-technical subjects. To be able to achieve this, learning the fundamentals of a subject is important. Learning in this manner is more than thinking outside the box.It is the ability to think without a box.My approach to helping my students to reach this level as been a one on one, even while teaching a class of 20-30 students. I have taught students in China, Africa, South Korea, and the U.S. Many of them have gone on to reach their academic goals. So, if you are seeking a teacher who has varied interests, life experiences, is very patience, will solve problems so that the fundamentals are understood, and has the academic and practical ability to do so, then please contact me. As a side note, I have degrees in both the scientific and social fields.
