As a teacher who is also a student I believe that students learn best when motivated. Every student has a different motivation and a different learning style. It is my job as their teacher to motivate them and help them reach their full potential. I've volunteered in government schools and met different kinds of learners, but something all of them had in common was their desire to be better than they were yesterday.
I would consider it a job well done if I was able to inspire my students to become better people than they were yesterday.
