I am from a background of Philosophy. I have done 500 hours yoga teachers training course from Praveen Verma Yoga academy. Certified USA yoga alliance. I have been teaching yoga for above 2 years I teach online and offline both. I have been practicing yoga from my childhood. I am willing to teach yoga, asanas from the beginning to expert level through online and offline both.. I teach my students with a proper demonstration and explaination.. I also teach prenatal and post natal yoga, weight loss, flexibility, strengthing their muscles and focus on mental and physical stability.
