Having worked with students for 7 years my approach to learning is based on listening to the students questions and concerns first,making the discussion adaptable enough for the learner before I communicate the best approach to the issue at hand . I always introduce empathy to the learners experience with such questions with this I change the view point to a more value based learning . I must always make collaboration possible for the lesson to be learner centered but not teacher centered. Through this I have managed to win quite a number of students and make a change in the life long learning process.
