Teaching-leaning is a continuous process. My teaching methodology is based on skill set of my students. Some students are slow, medium or fast paced learner. I acknowldge this and plan my teching session accordingly. I plan each session meticulously, like related content, numericals, quizess etc. I beleive that teaching is a two way process. Sometimes, I also learn from my students. If from starting session each student knows about the objective and its outcome, then reults are always great. This is what I have achieved in this teaching-learaning process.
