I manage the lecture on time. I deliver the lecture in easy pronunciations which is easily understood by the students. I always care the regularity and punctuality of students and my own. I always take care the live and online teaching method. I bear attitude of student with empathy. I make the classroom interesting with creativity. I communicate with students politely and use verbal and non-verbal communication by using audio-visual aids. If student feel depressed, I always being positive it helps the students lot. I always communicate with students with fair mind. I observed the classroom behaviors with passion. I motivate the students how they across their goals. I actively listen all the question of students which they ask in classroom. I deal with all students with honesty, and I honestly appreciate the qualities of students.
