My teaching methodology is not constant, It varies from student to stdent according to abilities and needs of learning.
I prefer the student to learn conceptually and I give my students open hand to question for detailed learning.
I follow following three steps for teaching:
1. Background knowledge of content to be discussed.
2.Comprehensive briefing about topic.
3.Repeat important points within briefing.
4.Questions One to One. For brainstorming.
5.Final Clearance of ambiguity.
6.Conclusion
7.Assignment.

Briefing relates to practical application of knowledge behind content.
I prepare the student from both scenario
Knowledge based as well as from examination point of view.
Student can make me changes in methodology by giving useful suggestions regarding the lecture or briefing method and assessment method as well.
I assume the education of modern ages to have two way method as well as to be in touch with all learning outcomes necessary for all regions of world.
I try my best to be remain in touch with modern knowledge and researches of our required field, i considered it necessary for impowerment of students with all necessary knowledge. In all above steps i mean to make students expert and learnt person.
