Friendly teacher.
I believe in freedom rather than strictness.
Its teacher fault if students cant understand the topic he/she teaches them.
A student can ask any question as much time until they are satisfied.
A teacher should be friendly in nature so that any student can share their problems apart from subject to teacher.
A student can only learn good if they are free from other problems. So that is the basic thing to be sorted first.
I have 4 years experience in home tution, entrance and as college teacher. It is also my hobby. Engineer by profession, I enjoy teaching as much as any teacher. I try my best to make students understand and practice in such a way that the concerned matter wont get forgotten. I mainly focus on class 5 to class 12 students and science faculty.
I have enough humility in myself that if students say they are not getting me, I shall leave without a penny as one cant earn without any useful input.
Rest is upto my students and their parents.
