I believe in "concept learning and motivational teaching", trying to make the subject easy and accessible for the student. My methodology basically depends on the student's caliber. According to his/her level of understanding, I deliver the lecture so it is easy for the student's mind to capture the concept for lifelong learning. I never mind questions and discussions because I believe good communication between the teacher and student is the key to success. I encourage students to learn and communicate their issues with the subject. I am confident enough about the excellent results from students who work smartly and manage time. As a science teacher, I am prepared for different teaching strategies to make students comfortable in the learning environment. Out of my 8-year experience in teaching grade, 8,9,10,11,12 grade students not only secured good marks but they have gained the mindset of learning with concepts that make them excel in technical fields as well.
