I can tweak my approach based on the student's needs, usually I use Powerpoints and create interactive lessons, however I believe maximising a student's potential is key, and in order to do that one needs to be able to tweak the teaching approach based on what the student needs. I also balance the class with interactive exercises and homework, so that practice at home can also continue.
