Hi! I believe that a great teacher helps his/her students to be at their best, discover their capabilities, love what they're doing (learning), and many more.

Personally, I always like to adjust to my students' needs (current capabilities, potentials, limits, etc.). That is how I believe my students would learn best and enjoyably. I don't like to force a system if I know it won't be effective and efficient in teaching my student.

As long as I see my students challenged and yet they're still having fun, that would be more than enough.
