I am a 900 hours Patanjali Certified Advanced Yoga Teacher, Therapist & Counsellor, specialized in Hatha/Ashtanga, Yogic Counselling & Yoga Therapy, with an intensive experience of more than 7000 hours over 3.5 Years of teaching yoga globally, both as a fitness routine & therapy, with exposure in conducting yoga sessions / therapy / counselling / seminars
/ webinars / workshops locally (Mumbai, India) & globally (online) all over in India, USA, Canada, Europe & Australia with a large number of highly satisfied clients.

I believe in imparting yoga knowledge in its authentic & true sense, training the body & working on the mind, from the conscious to the sub-conscious, thus transforming the whole being. I specialize in customizing the entire session around the goals of the client. Focusing on precise & easy to follow instructions along with modifying the techniques/postures to suit the ability & limitations of the individual.
