I am Alyssa Salazar, specializing in finance and creative fields. I usually incorporate a hybrid lecture and facilitator teaching style, where I give materials and presentations to the students while promoting critical thinking through activities. When teaching, I will provide you with an overview of the lesson and topic. I move my discussion from easy to complex while ensuring that the student catches up. Afterward, I give out practice exercises to assess the student's understanding of the topic discussed.

I usually encourage the students to engage in active learning where tests and assessments are provided to further enhance their skills and understanding through applying knowledge, analysis, and synthesis. I intend to enable students to engage in deep learning. I am considerate and patient with the students to blend my personality and teaching style according to their needs.
