I have teached some of the students previously. I am able to establish a kind and friendly relationship with students so that the teaching becomes more inclusive rather than a teacher -student gap. I like to teach students in a more friendly way rather than being commanding and strict. Only good marks are not the evaluation factor for any student, so I focus on the personal development of student rather than providing just good marks.
Every student has their own unique way of learning, so as a teacher I would like to explore the learning style of the students and help them in their way rather than forcing for a particular method. Our education system mainly focuses on the theory part, practical part is mostly neglected, so I like to try my best to make the acquired knowledge usable and practical for the students. Only good marks are no use for students if the gained knowledge can't be used in proper place in proper time in proper way, so learning should be practical rather than just being theoretical.
