Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself and my work. I am an
engineer by profession and, a writer, poet, and language enhancement coach
by passion. I have worked as Senior Quality Analyst at Oracle India Pvt Ltd for
over 15 years. Through all my years in the corporate sector, I have been
involved with the training programs for the trainers and communication
programs for the young techies who join the organization. One such training
is communication and presentation skills. I am a proponent of design thinking being an
essential tool for all classroom training. I use it for all the group activities and individual
assignments designed for students. In this process, the students make an effort to perform,
make mistakes, learn from their mistakes and then I guide them to find the effective way to
deliver the results. In 2019, I have stepped down from my role at Oracle India Pvt Ltd and am
dedicated to developing confident power of expression among the youth. My aim is to help
young students with powerful communication tools to help them overcome the fear of public
speaking and develop confidence while talking to individuals or while addressing a larger
audience. My collection of poems and short stories have been published by Writer’s Villa
Publication’s ‘Colour of Dreams’. My collection of essays depicting the plight of ordinary
citizens through the times of pandemic is being reviewed by the same publication house. I am
also a trainer with uFaber, wherein I help students with their language and
communication skills.
