My teaching style is according to convenience of the student. Students have to be able to grab the concept. I try to clear the concept. As a teacher my course of action would be to collect the weak area of the student and work upon it. Once it is identified I proceed to make them strong. Proper weekly tests is necessary to see the performance of students. His performance shall be collected and presented to guardian so that he and his guardians know where he lags and further necessary actions can be taken as per need. Thank you.
