I am dynamic and result oriented person. I have great understand and indepth knowledge in mathematics. I am able to apply different mathematical concept to make the understanding suitable for students. I often adopt experiential learning method as it encouraged creativity,helps students learn from mistakes, fosters reflective thinking and prepares students for future learning. I also adopt differentiated learning which aims at delivering instructions to students depending on their individual needs. I often use real life application of the concept to explain and make the student appreciate the concept.
