Dear Sir,
My name is Rajendran. I have completed my Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence topics from National university of Singapore (MTech – Knowledge engineering). I have developed AI systems for various industries like manufacturing (Seagate Technology Intl, Singapore), Telecommunication (Ericsson R&D center, Chennai, India) and Bloom Energy (Bangalore, India).
I am a good tutor also in AI subjects. I am currently conducting on-line courses on AI subjects at Besant Technologies, Chennai.

I usually take-up use cases and industrial data for teaching AI algorithms and make sure to meet the student’s expectations by setting up the expectations initially on both sides very clearly.

    ● The Data Mining application was conceptualised and developed with a view to cut down on time taken for decision-making activities and for quality drive manufacturing. The Data Mining applications run from predictive modeling to deviation detection. Developed an application that provides the variable associations (Patterns) that likely causes the drive to fail at test process. Provides patterns for Top 5 fail codes and for overall fail codes.
    ● Developed an application for providing the cluster of similar characteristic drive from a known reference drive in real time. Basically this application uses the drive attributes, parametric from drive manufacturing test process and data mining techniques.
    ● In Manufacturing, a lot of critical parameters have to be monitored in order to sustain a good yield. Upon a periodical monitoring, only 1% or 2% of the monitoring time may be useful, only if any of the parameter goes out of control. So, regular parameter monitoring wastes 98% of monitoring time. In order to overcome this problem, designed a system, which would monitor continuously the parameters and triggers as and when any of the parameter goes out of control. The application software consists of a Rule editor where the users can edit the rule. It consists of a query engine, rule Inference engine and mailing engine also
    ● Responsibilities: Development of Rule inference Engine, Rule Editor, Query Engine & Mailing Engine
    ● Scope: In Hard disk, to position the read/write head in a specified location, a closed loop servo position control system is used. The error correction signal would be checked in the feedback path, to bring the read /writes head to a correct position. If the amplitude of the error correction signal exceeds the threshold level, this means the indication of unstable servo position and fails the system. So, this kind of hard disk will fail in test process and requires technically qualified people to manually scope the signal and diagnose the drive. Automated the diagnostic.
    ● A complex production schedule software is at server side computes all the time. The client communicates with server program using Socket programming. The user has given option to view the schedule in excel spreadsheet and to store in the local workstation.
