As a competent and seasoned Physics and Mathematics teacher,A/L GCE Examiner and Physics Practicals supervisor with outstanding performance,doted with analytical, experimental and problem solving skills and exceptional communication skills and having the passion for teaching,my career objective is to dymistify Physics and Mathematics to the understanding of the average student.
My rich experience in teaching (9 years) makes me think strategically and I display a very cognitive ability to learn new methods.This has enable me to develop creative solutions to challenging problems, display a sense of inquiry and willing to implement new ideas and approaches.
With good mastery of the CBA and class room management,my training on instructional technology for distance learning permits me to employ technology in teaching (menti.com,Quizziz,educlick google meet,google class room etc) so that every student has access to quality education.I use different teaching methods such as flipped class room, blended learning that enable every student to bring out his/her hidden potential.This an earn me an outstanding results of 97% during the GCE 2020 session with a good number of my students standing tall in their different Universities and Colleges.Due to my longevity,it pleases me to say i have been opportuned to graduate about 1000 young Cameroonians from the secondary to the tertiary institutions.
My leadership skills,team spirit, hardwork and humility can not be over emphasized.
