I am a Theoretical Physicist by training. I have a Master's degree in Physics from the reputed University of Hyderabad, India. I have recently finished a PhD in Mathematical Physics with a bit of tinkering in Biophysics and Bioinformatics Problems( motion in Microorganisms, Transport in Cells and Topology of Homologous Protein Structures). I love to teach Physics and its related cousin Math. I have taken various tutor jobs through TeacherOn website. I currently specialize in College level Physics Courses in Math (specifically Calculus, Linear Algebra, Probability and Probability) and in Physics (Calculus based Introductory Physics, Electrodynamics, Quantum Mechanics, Statistical Physics at the level of undergraduate through Graduate Level). I can help students write excellent motivation letters for their college admissions. I have had various roles through the tuition jobs, ranging from helping students with their homework to providing coaching for the subject SATs (Physics and Math).
I receive joy to contribute to the advancement of students in terms of their career goals, love to motivate them and provide a real life role model that they can connect to. I have experience with teaching under performing students who find it difficult to understand concepts which sometimes seem too dry and devoid of any real life connection. I adopt an intuitive, "Without Tears" approach, with real life examples to help students learn difficult concepts and internalize them through their own thinking. My students become well equipped to articulate and express their ideas clearly to others.
I love to use animations and diagrams to supplement the teaching of concepts so as to make it easy to understand as well as relate them to life outside of school. I look forward to help students in their career aspirations and provide career guidance to students who are unsure of what to pursue after their high school. I love engaging with students to know their drives and motivations. I firmly believe that each student is unique and requires a personalized method of teaching. I strive to achieve that in my teaching. I am always on the lookout to learn new ways of explaining concepts through simple illustrations, diagrams and stories. I believe in personalized attention and do not encourage rote learning.
Over the past years my students have achieved exemplary scores in their courses as well as their subject SATs. I have helped them secure admission to prestigious institutions and are pursuing the career of their choice.

I have taken various tutor jobs through TeacherOn website. I currently specialize in College level Physics Courses in Math (specifically Calculus, Linear Algebra, Probability and Probability). I also teach courses in Physics (calculus based Introductory Physics courses, Electrodynamics, Quantum Mechanics, Statistical Physics and Mathematical Methods in Physics). I also specialize in Olympiad Coaching and training for competitive examinations (SATs, IITs) in Physics and Math. I can help students write excellent motivation letters for their college admissions. I work with all kinds of students and love to motivate under performing students to realize their potential and get into great places for their further studies. Some of my students have gotten through prestigious colleges (University Edinburgh, University of Chicago, King's College, IIT Kanpur).
  • PhD (Aug, 2018Mar, 2023) at International Center for Theoretical Sciences India
Research in Theoretical Problems in Quantum Information and Open Quantum Systems. Worked on Random Operators and Localization Problems in Condensed Matter Field theory and also on a Phenomenological Theory of Biological Motion in Microorganisms.
  • Subject Matter Expert (Aug, 2016May, 2018) at Aakash Institute, Delhi
I was a Subject Matter Expert in Physics, teaching students of 11th and 12th for IIT-JEE, and Medical Entrances. I specialized in Mechanics and Modern Physics segments in Physics. I particularly worked with under-performing students using innovative and engaging ways to help them get a grip on difficult concepts. I also served as a role model for these students and helped them with various career opportunities that they could seek after their high school. some of my students have comfortably cracked SATs and went on to pursue higher education in UK and the U.S
  • Subject Matter expert (Apr, 2015Present) at Chegg, India
I serve as a Q and A expert in Advanced Physics. I provide homework help on problems in Physics from high school onward to advanced specialized courses in Quantum Mechanics, Statistical Mechanics and Linear Algebra. I am very comfortable in these areas along with General Physics topics at the High School Level of all curriculum including IGCSE, IB and Advanced Placement in Physics.

I teach Statistics and Probability for Computer Science Students. I generally follow the Textbook by Sheldon Ross. Apart from the general empirical basis of probability that non mathematics background students encounter I also try to give an introduction into a measure theoretic basis of probability covering sigma algebras, borel sets of real numbers along with the basis of the proofs of the CLT that the students generally come across (based on the CDF or MGF). I provide insight and intuitive arguments to help digest the content of the proofs along with ideas of convergence (like convergence in distribution) without adding the excessive baggage of rigourous proofs and mathematical details about the theorems unless of course the student wishes to see through the details.
