I'm proactive and ready to turn young people dreams come true through guiding them on their studies. I'm result oriented and a team player. I use pictorial, charts and songs to enhance my teaching and learning process. I always listen to students idea and point of view and have them participate and be fully active during the learning process by involving them to answer and ask questions. I motivate my learners by awarding those with quality grades with additional revision materials and also involved their guardians to motivate them while at home for them to keep improving
