I am Flexible in the style of teaching and methodology biggest learning can take place at it's best only when both the teacher as well as the student have a mutual consent. I believe that assignments as well as test should be scheduled as per the convenience of the student and the need taken into consideration by the tutor.
I try my level best that a concept is made clear in the first go but if that is not the case then other relevant examples teaching aids or activities and real-time case studies helps in better understanding of the concept
