Effective teaching is best identified when there is constructive progress in the students learning process and when the student is able to access their progression and willingly push their limits. Having done my doctorate in U.S.A, I see the imperative and immediate need to challenge students thinking that promote scholarship of teaching. Kindling the thought process and imagination of students cannot be achieved with traditional assessments and classroom tests but requires scholarly and collaborative approach to tackle them.
I am confident that with my concrete knowledge in core Engineering concepts, my work experience in the field of Research and Development, Teaching in colleges and a global exposure, I will be able to bring the best to the students and will be indispensable to this institution of pride and prestige.
