Hii, I am Purnendu Mondal Under Graduate In Humanities or minor in EVS . These protestors were always engaging and comprehensible when teaching the material in the classroom and willing to go the extra me when asked for additional help or clanification try to being this knowledge to my tutoring approach and do everything I can to make learning a pleasant experience use lesson plans in which I usually introduce the topic in a fun and creative way then explictly teach the material Afterwards always ensure time for students to practice the material on their own. Of course, this method can be adjusted based on the subject and students individual needs . students who needed additional assistance but also had a mat focus group of 5-10 students each of my 6 classes. These were the students who needed the most extra helps worked with them during class to make sure they didn't fall behind Additionally, I held tutoring sessions everyday after school where students could come for any homework help. In this setting tutored not only in EVS out so Bengali, English, General knowledge, and Drawing, Art and Craft .
