As a passionate instructor and educator, I'm creative and resourceful in adapting instructional strategies to meet unique student needs, design positive approaches and proactive interventions, advancing learner engagement, academic achievement, cognitive development and improvement.
As a young and energetic person, I worked as a subject teacher in a reputable school, where I helped students in various areas of their academics and broadened their understanding by connecting them to the world outside their communities.
I create lessons that engage all learners by applying a variety of teaching methods and utilizing SMART board technology. I form cooperative learning groups, organize individualized projects, create learning centers and implement learning style research in every lessons.
In couching students for WAEC/NECO/JAMB/GCE and similar Examinations, alternative assessment methods, such as portfolios, rubrics and performance assessments, in combination with traditional tests, enabled me to evaluate the students individually and comprehensively. With these positive steps, students response and results were very encouraging,
In both my teaching and tutoring experiences, I met with school authorities to keep them apprised of the students’ accomplishments and areas needing extra attention. In addition, I have received numerous positive comments from school managements regarding various positive results in my specialties.
