My name is Aishwarya, and I have several years of experience instructing students in SAT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, AP, Olympiads, College level English, and Physics. I am totally aware of what students experience. My experience has shown me that my function as a tutor is more of a facilitator than a direct instructor. I genuinely believe that before I step in and try to help pupils, they should be given the chance to figure things out on their own. I'm willing to enrol in a trial class if you deem it essential, although I wouldn't particularly want to.

I firmly believe that enthusiasm is the key. Everyone has experience in the sectors they work in, but teaching is more than simply imparting knowledge and abilities; it's also about building relationships with your students and showing them that you actually care about their growth and wellbeing. Being a bridge between your pupils and their genuine potential and assisting them in realising their ambitions and aspirations is the essence of effective teaching. True education should not only clarify all academic ideas and questions, but also inform pupils of the practical ramifications in everyday situations. Always keep the who, why, what, where, and when in mind and stress these points.

Teaching methodology:
I always ask the student how they are feeling at the beginning of each session, inquiring as to whether they are fatigued or happy about something going on in their life. This not only helps me better prepare for any interruptions or a slow class, but I believe it also shows them that I am concerned about them as people, not just for the lesson. I then inquire as to any victories since our last meeting. I've discovered that being upbeat at the outset encourages both of us to concentrate on the positive, which frequently results in a more productive session. I next go over the session's agenda with them so they will know what to expect. In addition, I usually offer them a quick test to determine how well they remembered the material from the prior lesson or where they might need more practise. After the review, I make an effort to make connections between those earlier subjects and the material we're covering now. I go through the lesson, which usually include the student reading the text aloud and talking with me about the prompts. Finally, I give the class at least five minutes at the conclusion to ask any last-minute questions about the subject.
