I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working person. I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations. I am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using own initiative. I am able to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. my teaching method is student centered / constructivist approach because this helps students play more active role in the learning process and also students have a chance to stimulate their analytical thinking by making sense of what they are learning.
I instill confidence in my students, have a friendly attitude with them. listen and be patient with them because each and every one of them came form different homes and background with different un bringing. i should be approachable and have a good communication skills. i also pay attention to details a lot and i have passion for teaching.. i manage the classroom effectively and give a listening ear to every student in the classroom.
