•No one knows everything as we learn everyday. I encourage my students not to fear and ask for assistance whenever they need it.

•Thinking outside the box and imagination are key to problem solving therefore I also encourage my students to never leave a question blank but urge them to write whatever it is that comes to their mind after of course showing reasonable attempt to arrive to a solution. That is just how we learn.

•I believe consistency beats intensity therefore work is given on a daily basis but reasonably so as to prevent work overload, burnouts and mental fatigue.

• I am committed and passionate when it comes to completing the tasks bestowed upon me and intend to instil these good character traits in my students. There is no " I " in team and I cannot do all the work alone. I urge the students to play their part to the fullest of their capabilities by completing assignments, practicing on their own and going an extra mile by researching too.

•Academics is but one of the many ways towards self discovery. As we focus on obtaining good grades, I try to show them the various life skills we pick up along the way. Very often, students suffer from low self esteem, however, whatever the mind conceives, if we believe and work towards it, we can achieve.
