Iam a Ap certified well experienced Biology and chemistry teacher. Well versed with 21st century teaching techniques and skill. I Ensure student-oriented learning environment. My teaching style varies from topic to topic (Deductive or inductive approach). Every student has some weakness and strength, just needed to be identified and teach as per that to get the best learning outcome. When it come to be a great teacher, a teacher should make teacher dependent session with bore and outdated teaching strategies, instead get to know the skills students are better in or lacking and drill them so as to enrich the strength or provide support to uplift his performance for a required science practice skill.A teacher should be a mentor, seeing her student guided appropriately and proceeding the content understanding on his own.
