I do believe first in getting to know each other then set certain goals or expectations and working on it to achieve these goals.
So in other words, I believe in sessions where it should be constructed, planned and designed to concise and save time since the time of student itself is really valuable to me.

Assignment, homework precisely home work is really important, I might consider giving quiz every two lessons to check if the student progression and how far can students reach in learning process as well as, we will try to have some fun in our lessons since we are robots or individuals without emotions.
