     Taking off quantities (manually, A-CAD, Cost x, Bluebeam) using Principles of Measurements International (POMI), Standard Specification for Road Works 2017 and other Methods of Measurements (NRM1, NRM 2, CESMM 3/4, Standard Method of Measurements –Qatar)
     Preparation of Bill of Quantities
     Scrutinize, review of tender drawings/specifications for discrepancies for the BOQ items/scope and incorporating within the tender offer; liaise with consultant/Engineer regarding ambiguities scope of work and seek clarifications there to.
     Understanding the design requirement in each design stage and preparation of Engineer’s or budget estimates and cost plans accordingly with feasibility studies and assist in cost controlling and value engineering analysis
     Maintenance of design change log and assessment of the effect of the cost.
     Analyzing the rate breakdowns (Labour, Material and Plant) and assist to build up costing, estimate and analysis the project cost based on cost data.
     Assist in compiling the Tender Documents according to the Omani Conditions of Contract and FIDIC.
     Analyze contractor’s qualifications and Tender documents in commercial aspect and assisting in preparing Tender Evaluation report.
     Attending meetings and liaising with stakeholders on commercial matters.
