I help students to the read chapter and than I explain them.I underline the difficult spelling and meaning and also I help them to find out the meaning from the dictionary.I take test the very next day.I also help students to write down the question and answers. I make lesson plan and I work according to that.I always first help them with their home work.I take weekly test.If I find them not working I complain their parents but I never bit them.I make them understand the value of education.Thus I help them to become a good citizen.
