I have a wealth of experience teaching Spanish at all levels to both young students and adult learners. I also have experience teaching Spanish for Business. For the last 13 years I have been teaching at a tertiary level language institute and have been certified as a DELE oral examiner as well.
For students at the Advanced level, I teach at the CAPE level and have been a CAPE examiner/marker for 18 years (specializing particularly in CAPE Spanish Literature component). Several of my students have been on regional merit lists.
My focus is on a communicative approach to language learning, but I also try to help students understand the mechanics of the language as well.
