In my journey as an Educator .There is nothing I like more than being part of the transformational change in people’s lives that education makes possible. For me, the reward of helping children to overcome learning barriers and encouraging the confidence necessary for children to take risk in their learning far outweigh the challenges of teaching, I have always felt a deep commitment to ensuring all children get the best chance on education.
When teaching I practice inclusive learning, I like to tailor my teaching to
individual students, I believe every student have different individual needs, I really like
to tailor my teaching towards their needs, I always consider students with special Education Needs( SEN). I use the right tools, ingredients and techniques to pass the knowledge across to my students. Interestingly, over 70% of my students had Distinctions in A levels, IGCSE, Cambridge Checkpoint, WAEC and UTME.
My philosophy is that every child matters and should be given equal opportunities to
education, hence no child is left behind.
