I am an internationally traveled and experienced Zimbabwean teacher, with 33 years of teaching IGCSE & A-Level Geography at top International Schools in Africa and Asia. My vast international experience and academic and professional training as described above make me a formidable candidate to effectively assist a student to achieve very high passes. I have also achieved a 100% pass rate with my students for 3 consecutive years at my former schools, such as Hope International school in Cambodia and Haven of Peace Academy in Tanzania at IGCSE, AS & A2 Levels from 2011 to 2013 (www.hopac.net). My personal philosophy is premised on four pillars of Simplicity, Kindness, Generosity, and Honesty. I use student-centered teaching methods and I believe that as a teacher, I am a facilitator of learning who should provide support, give guidelines, and provide an environment where each and every learner can derive his/her conclusions. My philosophy of education is that all students are unique and must have a stimulating and interesting educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
