Empathy and compassion - my teaching strategy is based entirely on catering to the individual needs of the student rather than just teaching the content. Every student is unique and grasps new information in their own individual ways. I'm a meticulous researcher who doesn't believe in traditional teaching methodologies. In my experience as an online teacher, I've incorporated a plethora of techniques and used a wide array of resources. The learners of today respond to tech incorporation, especially when a teacher takes the time to know their interests and needs on a personal level. Learning is a gradual process and I've always been and always will be willing to hold a student's hand with patience, humility and encouragement.
