It is part of a teacher's job to instil confidence into his or her students. I am a motivator, a nurturer and a facilitator.
I believe in personalized learning. Kids learn in different ways and at different paces. I adopt different types of methods of teaching considering individual difference related to interest, need, etc.
Teaching-learning process can't be progressive and meaningful unless there is a strong bond between a teacher and the learner. I believe in a friendly way of imparting knowledge as this approach helps students to explore and develop themselves all soundly. Congenial learning also helps me to know my student's interests and provides me an opportunity to explore better ways to educate them. When any learning process is made interesting and enjoyable the outcomes for students are greatly enhanced
I keep evaluating my students time to time and use tests to assess whether they have mastered certain subject areas. I constantly monitor their performance to identify improvement areas in their delivery and my teaching style.There's always room for improvement no matter what. In the process, I am learning to get better.
