I'm very enthusiastic personality.. As a teacher, mostly i consider the emotions of my childrens.. It will help the mental bonding of the teacher - student relationship more stronger.learning of hindi subject help the students to understand the basic Hindi skills and develop Hindi culture..it will help the students hindi writing skills and also help to increase their literature interests..seminars, elocution, essay writing, quizzes, debates, discussions, to encourage students the use of language skills.Evaluate the students’ knowledge through various exams like tests, assessments and assignments as per the curriculum requirements...i prefer to prepare creative micro lesson plans for effective delivery of each lesson..teaching aids and materials for live examples to retain the students’ . i want to Maintain a good rapport with the parents and discuss the student’s issues....
