Hi!

My name is Omar. I possess many years of English teaching experience within a vocational institute, language schools, private tutoring, business teaching environments as well as tertiary level teaching.

My formal education consists of a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature Studies (UAE Equivalency Certificate obtained), a Diploma in Pedagogy and Methodology in English Language Teaching, and TEFL Certification. Throughout my teaching career, I have taught a diverse student population in Poland, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Being a versatile educator, I have instructed students with varied backgrounds, ages, language skills, and learning abilities. As a result, I create a learning environment that is respectful of individual differences, culturally sensitive, and that is appropriately tailored to students’ individual learning needs and pace. My experience in teaching students from high school to adult education has also made me capable of accommodating any group of learners by adapting the learning materials and curriculum to the specific age and needs of learners.

As an English instructor, I believe in setting attainable learning goals for my students that will appropriately support and challenge them to succeed. I utilize cooperative learning and hands-on activities as a means of gaining English language acquisition through student participation, self-discovery, and active learning. I also promote the implementation of a variety of teaching methods such as demonstrations, technology, practical exercises, and manipulatives to immerse students in the English language. Moreover, I prepare students for IELTS and EmSat exams, help with assignments and homework.

I am passionate about teaching and learning, sharing knowledge, and my commitment to excellence is absolute.
