I am a very kin person, more so on the progress of the learner. Yes am strict when it comes to assignment and learner MUST do all assignments by himself or herself. My aim is to see my learners Excell in the areas I do teach and will go an extra mile to do intensive research for them to have complete knowledge on the said areas. I love disciplined learners who know how and when to concentrate on their individual performance and goals. My learners must also love reading and doing a lot of research.
Time is always of essence on my end, if a lesson is to begin in an hour then let it be so and adhere to the schedule.
I welcome challenges from learners who want to understand a certain a section or topic more by bringing some questions from other sources related to what they gave been taught to understand better.
Learners should always be ready to give their all and stay out or avoid a comfort zone completely.
Finally I also love to be a friend to the learner to know how to assist him or her. This is so because sometimes social challenges may be the reason of poor performance on some learners .
