I am a firm believer in providing holistic education . In the 21st century, the role of a teacher is more to a facilitator as students are full of new exciting ideas and innovation. Thus, they require a qualified personnel to guide them accordingly. Besides that, the topic presented to a student should be explained in a meaningful manner instead of instilling through rote learning.

Most students are required to memorise facts from chemistry and mathematics, undeniably somethings should be memorised nevertheless understanding the mechanics prior to memorising would be better than blindly gulping it all. My job is to layout and explain the mechanics.

My mantra in teaching correlates to a quote by Albert Einstein, " Education is not the learning of facts but the training of the mind to think."
