I am a passionate trainer,with good skills and understanding to the learners.I best method o teaching is where I involve the learner fully with Question and answer method of Clarification.
Where I involve one on one to the learner, teaching aid a must used, demonstration where applicable.
I let the learners to share there view on the best method to use,which is comfortable and maybe applicable.
