I love interactive sessions with my learners where most of the lessons are learner centred. This is where the learner is provided with an friendly environment. They are free to ask questions. Discussions, demonstrations and experiments are key which enable learners to discover knowledge. Teaching using learning aids and making learning real, use of chards, flash cards of relevant content always applied in most lessons taken. Demonstrations of innovation and Creativity in teaching is also important. Motivation of learners is key in my teaching so that those with difficulty are encouraged
