Hello potential students!
My name is Alexander, I am an ESL teacher from the UK, London specifically and I have been teaching for four years.

For the last couple of years, I have been teaching adult, multi-lingual classes firstly in Dubai and now here in Malta. Here I helped students achieve good grammar, pronunciation, fluency and general vocabulary.

I always aim to create a relaxed, peaceful, productive atmosphere in my classes and tutorials, where you will learn new vocab, increase grammar knowledge, work on pronunciation, practice some writing, and have plenty of chances to speak.

I'll also try to use topics which are of interest to you, so the lesson doesn't feel boring.

I'll also focus on gradually helping you identify reoccurring errors in speech and grammar and how you can correct them.

I am able to teach you no matter your current level, beginner or advanced, and I am happy to have more conversational or more structured lessons, whichever you prefer.

I can say that over the last few years I have helped many students increase and improve their English level

    I also try to focus on ongoing correction so that students know which parts of their English to focus on and try to improve.

    I worked here as a professional ESL teacher; I taught multi-national classes at a range of levels from elementary to advanced.

Fee details

    €11–15/hour (US$11.70–15.96/hour)

    Could be more if the lesson involves more than one person, could also cost more if the student required me to travel out of St Julians to meet them.
